Facing your fear can be one of the most difficult and liberating things to do for yourself depending on your fear and the degree of it. 2 simple keys I use when I face mine:
1. Focus on the measurable risk to see if the fear is legitimate or not. Legitimate fear can be a healthy discernment to keep safe.
2. Focus on what you suppose to do to achieve your goals instead on what you are not suppose to do.
